Overall Responsibility
Job description and duties of the Sales Manager:
Manage day-to-day activities of the sales department
Monitor all call activity and performances
Participate or head Sales, DR and Media meetings
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Supervising AE, Sales Reps and Dealer Relations Department:
Scheduling coverage of Account Executives and DR Reps
Inform all AEs and DR Reps of any changes or updates
Monthly reviews of AEs and DR Reps
Appraise AEs and DR Rep's performance, provide feedback and take corrective action when necessary
Oversee AE, Sales Reps and DR Reps in:
Tracking trend analysis in order to provide coaching and feedback
Reviewing sales contracts, rescinds and cancellations for accuracy
Working with Sales floor on cold calling and closing techniques
Working with DR Reps on walk through techniques along with monitoring all calls
Holding the sales floor accountable to their personal and team goals
Quotas:
Communicate monthly and quarterly Sales and Dealer Relations goals and productivity expectations
Coordinate with Customer Service (Dealer Relations):

Assist with any contracts they may need for upsells
Review failed contract confirmations
Experience Requirement:

5 years of sales experience

Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent experience
